Our Mission is to empower young native students with professional adventure training and inspire them to utilize these skills to create positive change in their own communities.
The Four Rivers Institute offers a year long residential curriculum for students with an outcome based program designed to foster personal growth with the following key objectives:
- To graduate students with professional guide attitude and ethics more>>
- To graduate students with marketable and employable skills more>>
- To provide a foundation for future personal, professional and educational development and opportunities. more>>
- To support the creation of adventure programs and recreational based businesses in tribal communities.more>>
- To use adventure based recreation programs as a vehicle to serve low income and under privileged
communities.more>>
- To instill in our students a profound sense of stewardship for the environment and sustainability for their communities.more>>
